One thing that is certain about the use of coconut oil, it has no harmful or discomforting side effects. And best of all, it is non-toxic not only for us, but for our pets as well. As long as the one you take is virgin cold-pressed oil, it’s fine.

Because my family and I use it consistently – two table spoons a day, one in the morning and one in the evening – we believe that everyone should be taking a daily dose of cold-pressed coconut oil.

And as one happy user said, “I will scream it from the roof tops that coconut oil has changed my husband's life and mine!!!

Everyone should be taking it”.

  1. Never knew coconuts in general had so many benefits. Might need to find interesting ways to incorporate more of the oil and other parts into the diet. Not a huge fan of the flavor of coconut personally. But if it has a benefit, I can find a way to make it work somehow.

    1. Thanks for the visit Jim. I too didn't become aware of its efficacy until recently. I now take coconut oil in my coffee, hot chocolate, smoothies, and oatmeal. Quite a mild and pleasant taste it gives.
